You will find your first payment coupon in the loan package that you signed at your loan closing. The form is called "First Payment Notice."
A First Payment Notice document should be included in your loan package. At the bottom of that notice, you will find a first payment coupon which includes your account number. Please include this coupon with your check when mailing your payment.
Initially, Guaranty Trust Company is only able to accept payments via check mailed to Guaranty Trust Company at 3500 Parkway Lane, Suite 415 Norcross, GA 30092. If you have received a mortgage statement in the mail from Guaranty Trust Company you can make your payments online at GuarantyTrust.LoanAdministration.com.
This is a letter that is sent to you informing you that your loan has been purchased by another investor. Information pertaining to where to send your future payments can be found in the body of this letter.
Guaranty Trust Company may or may not be the servicer of your loan. You will receive a Notice of Assignment letter with information regarding who will be collecting your mortgage payments. The payment mailing address and customer service phone number will also be provided in this letter. Soon after receiving the assignment letter, you should receive monthly mortgage statements either from Guaranty Trust Company or the servicing company indicated in the Notice of Assignment letter. Then you will have the option to make monthly mortgage payments online or via phone. Until you receive this letter please continue to mail your payments to Guaranty Trust Company located at 3500 Parkway Lane, Suite 415 Norcross, GA 30092.
